Zebt helps you track your debts and see a clear path to paying them off. Features include:

• Track debts (credit cards, loans, other finance)
• Compare payoff strategies
• Forecast debt payoff dates
• Visualise your financial progress

Whether you're tackling debt solo or as a household, Zebt shows you the full picture. The service is designed for UK users and uses UK currency (GBP) by default.

4.1 Not Financial Advice

• Zebt is a tracking and visualisation tool ONLY
• We do NOT provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
• We are NOT regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
• We are NOT authorised to provide regulated financial services
• Always consult a qualified, FCA-regulated financial adviser for financial decisions

4.2 Accuracy of Calculations

• Debt payoff forecasts are ESTIMATES based on data you enter
• Interest calculations are approximations
• Actual results may vary significantly
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations
• You are responsible for verifying calculations independently

4.3 Your Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for your financial decisions
• We accept no liability for decisions based on our calculations
• The accuracy of forecasts depends on the data you enter

When you create an account, you agree to:

Each person should have only one account.

• We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms
• We may suspend accounts while investigating potential violations
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We may modify these terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you by email and/or a prominent notice in the app before the changes take effect.

Continued use of Zebt after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the service.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nexabyte Ltd regarding the use of Zebt.

19Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
• The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer
